Jutsu's from the Naruto games.
Instead of making many short articles, why not create one large articles containing all the jutsu's from the game.
Hi. From time to time, we get a few vandal edits that erase information from articles, replacing them with non-sense and gibberish. Simply blocking them is meaningless, because the IP of the vandal changes with each edit. It also comes and goes. The IPs are very scattered, so range-blocks are not a viable way to deter them. When they hit particularly bad, our only choice is to employ Special:Protectsite to prevent unregistered users from editing at all. It was recently suggested to me that this might be a spambot. The following IPs have been used recently to make those edits: 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168. As you can see, the profile of the edit is quite similar in each of these edits, which is why I was suggested this might be a spambot. Is there any way to verify that this is a spambot, and to prevent those edits from being made without having to use Protectsite whenever they hit? I think someone else here tried using filters once, but this didn't stop the edits. Thanks for any assistance you may provide. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 19:24, January 5, 2013 (UTC)
- Hey Omnibender, I've added an AbuseFilter that should get rid of those bots in their current form, let me know if they try something else and I'll try and get another one up that deals with that -- RandomTime 14:06, January 7, 2013 (UTC)
