Couldn't you have used the talkpage to ask everyone about renaming the article before breaking things? WindStar7125 Divine Mangekyō Sharingan VolteMetalic 06:49, May 28, 2015 (UTC)

It's okay. Everyone makes mistakes. I reverted your rename, and I am going to create a discussion about it on the talkpage. Feel free to contribute. WindStar7125 Divine Mangekyō Sharingan VolteMetalic 06:58, May 28, 2015 (UTC)
Also, I suggest archiving your talkpage. Some of the messages here are like, seven years old. WindStar7125 Divine Mangekyō Sharingan VolteMetalic 07:06, May 28, 2015 (UTC)
Click the small arrow on the "Edit" button at the top of your talkpage. Select "Archive." Once on the archive screen, select the messages you want to archive. I would suggest archiving all discussions that have halted or are not continuing on this talkpage (in other words, archive every message except this one). If you have any problems, just ask. WindStar7125 Divine Mangekyō Sharingan VolteMetalic 07:20, May 28, 2015 (UTC)
No problem. WindStar7125 Divine Mangekyō Sharingan VolteMetalic 07:52, May 28, 2015 (UTC)

Re: Order of elements

There's something you need to understand, and quickly. Once you make edits around here, you give everyone and anyone a license to undo them. That's #1. And now for #2) You must've not read the manga, because in what universe did Naruto use lightning at all? You can't come back to me with this, because water was the only one of the two outside Earth, Wind, & Fire that was included within the technique. Might wanna read it, 'cause fact is I'm following your logic. And #3) No, I won't stop it. Won't discuss any further.--Mina Hatake Symbol talk | contribs 18:12, May 31, 2015 (UTC)

I hear you, clear as a bell. Well then, I apologize for the tone in my response; A simple misunderstanding then. As I said, I understood your logic in the past hence why I left it alone. Then you switched the two and it threw me off. For the record, Earth & Lightning seemlingly makes up Explosion Release. We deduced it Earth & Wind made up Magnet given the natures Rasa was given in the 4th db. Again, I'm sorry man.--Mina Hatake Symbol talk | contribs 18:37, May 31, 2015 (UTC)

I would really like to know why did you erase my edit on Kakashi Hatake's page, since the links and the references were perfect, the image too, and I just listed relevants manga facts, where the abilities listed before actually relied most on irrelevant feats from kid Kakashi in the anime (that is non canon).

It's not like my edit made the page so longer that it was before, I added like 1 to 70, it was 70 before, it's 71 now with my edit, it's basically the same thing. Also my edit was on point, as it underlined canon manga feats and statements, with precise references, instead of basically irrelevant anime feats. Maybe you was surprised by the big-unexpected edit, sorry, I can understand that. May I re-edit the page, sure that it won't be erased again?--Seifu10 (talk) 12:38, August 2, 2015 (UTC)

I know, but I think there has been a misunderstanding. You think I added 10.000 characters to the page, like the edit page reports, but I actually didn't; I basically changed something in the abilities adding mmportant feats and references and I reported Kakashi's actions in fighting Kaguya, where it was completely summed before, and that's a shame since Kakashi basically changed all that battle, that was the final battle; it's non-sense to have Kakashi's filler battles in the anime descripted from the beginning to the end, and Kakashi's most important canon battle just summarized without listing what he actually did. Let me try again, this time I think it will go :)

Chronological Order

Karin's village burned down and straight after she was approached by Orochimaru. Makes no sense to list her as being a Kusagakure genin in-between. Where are you getting this bizarre chronological order from, link? --Sarutobii2 (talk) 01:15, September 26, 2015 (UTC)

Yeah i figured but the way it was ordered previously didn't contradict the databook or her time in Kusagakure as it is now.
To my knowledge of the databook, Karin met Orochimaru in a burnt village (sometime in her childhood, doesn't necessary mean the start of her childhood). We know she was a Kunochi before she met him so her being a Kusagakure kunochi would go before her village burning down and meeting Orochimaru. No? --Sarutobii2 (talk) 01:49, September 26, 2015 (UTC)

Hey I just wanted to say thanks a lot for helping me trim down Kakashi's abilities section for a while now. You did a pretty good job shortening down sentences that still get the points across. --SSJ2AJB (talk) 17:32, November 11, 2015 (UTC)

Infobox character

next time, whenever you're creating a character article, make you create the infobox as well. thank you, Kunoichi101 (talk) 01:03, May 4, 2017 (UTC)

Re: Hanabi Taijutsu

Hanabi does specialize in taijutsu. And? I wouldn't call what she did to be proficient in submissions and stuff from just one things as pinning Boruto down. Like I said, Kakashi did the same thing to Naruto, but that doesn't make him proficient in submissions. --Rai 水 (talk) 23:32, June 8, 2017 (UTC)

Who said Boruto is highly skilled in taijutsu? I can admit he's better than Naruto at the start of Part I, but he's not that great. And he barely uses the Gentle Fist fighting style anyways, so I wouldn't say he's great at it. Anyways, it was already said that she effortlessly dodged and parried all of Boruto's attacks. I think a small part of that at which she pins him is not necessary. --Rai 水 (talk) 01:13, June 9, 2017 (UTC)

Re: UK English

Hmm... Understandable. --JouXIII (talk) 13:56, June 14, 2017 (UTC)

Re: References Removal

If you look at all the other sections of all the other articles, you'll notice it isn't a practice for us to add references to the plot sections of articles. There's really no need to cite evidence of where events took place, it's just supposed to summarize events.——Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 13:23, June 21, 2017 (UTC)

Hi Steveo920 my name is Erik Hoary I love your edits on this wiki.--Erik.hoary (talk) 00:30, August 3, 2017 (UTC)Erik Hoary

History sections

As much as I appreciate you filling them each episode, there's something I must ask. I notice that quite a few of those additions tend to speak about stuff that the character isn't quite doing. For example, a significant portion of what is written about Shizuma's swordsmen, it's stuff Shizuma himself says and does while the others are just around without barely saying a word. You also tend to do this whenever the Konoha genin are together. Please try keeping it about the specific character. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 18:29, October 18, 2017 (UTC)

I apologize. Basically, since a lot of times multiple characters are basically doing the same thing alongside each other, it seemed to make sense to me. In this case, each of Shizuma's men were working for him, so it made sense that they be told what is going on. But hear you. I will make sure that my edits from now on are more specifically towards that person.--Steveo920 (talk) 20:40, October 18, 2017 (UTC)
I tend to do that one more general articles. For example, in episode, chapter, and arc articles, I tend to list them more generally, or just saying who is discussing what instead of putting all the replies. But for character articles, I think the narrower focus is warranted. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 20:49, October 18, 2017 (UTC)
I'm going to have to nag you on this again. For example, your additions to Chocho, Inojin and Shikadai were basically the same, when Chocho was absent practically the entire episode, and specific things omitted in relevant character articles, like the significance of Inojin's drawings, and Shikadai formulating the plan based on Garaga's heat sensing. RE: Hand signs

Kekkei Genkai have hand signs. Case point. Null argument.--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 13:13, October 25, 2017 (UTC)

Also, not true. See Dance of the Crescent Moon.--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 13:14, October 25, 2017 (UTC)
What? Why? Who told you that? Sharingan can copy Hiden. It can't copy KKG.--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 13:17, October 25, 2017 (UTC)
Truth be told, I don't really remember whether Raiga referred to both the Dragon and the Armor or just one or the other as "unique to Kiba", but from what I remember from that arc, Raiga could only use those two techniques because Kiba could absorb natural lightning or something, hence is why Buntan's is on a weaker scale.--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 13:20, October 25, 2017 (UTC)
Then how did he copy Flying Revolving Sword, and Fang Passing Fang in games? O.o If he really said it, can you post a link, if it's not an outdated reference.--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 13:21, October 25, 2017 (UTC)
I'm not talking about burial. I'm talking about Armor and Lightning Dragon Tornado.--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 13:24, October 25, 2017 (UTC)
And Strike Armor is literally to Kiba what Flying Revolving Sword is to Kubikiribocho... like, I really don't get your point...-BerserkerPhantom (talk) 13:38, October 25, 2017 (UTC)
Just rewatched the episode, and even Buntan referenced that the swords altered her power when using Strike Armour, so yeah, that's all the evidence needed, really.--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 14:49, October 25, 2017 (UTC)

Fudō's jutsu

Considering the amount of jutsu he used, how time-consuming do you think it'll be to go through that arc to get the proper episode debut for those jutsu? Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 16:06, December 22, 2017 (UTC)

If you are asking me to do it, I'd be happy to do it.--Steveo920 (talk) 16:08, December 22, 2017 (UTC)

Yeah. It'd be a bit weird if we listed Fudō as a user of these many jutsu, and have them listed as debuting long after his last appearance. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 21:40, December 22, 2017 (UTC)

I re-watched the episode the techniques used consisted of him creating fissures and closing them up, enemies being crushed between boulders, rocks throwing and the rocks moving towards the target. Many of the other techniques were not shown to have any depiction in the episode. They were just done on a larger scale.--Tuxedo12 (talk) 06:15, July 24, 2018 (UTC)

This show has debuted techniques often without giving a name until later. Neji performed the Gentle Fist Art One Blow Body against Kidōmaru but it wasn't named until years later against a White Zetsu.--Steveo920 (talk) 13:43, July 24, 2018 (UTC)

Partial Multi-Size Leg Technique

With episode debut, did you mean 46, or was there actually an instance of use in 45? Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 19:44, February 21, 2018 (UTC)

Like Omni said, what proof do you have that Zabuza didn't just move closer?--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 20:00, July 26, 2018 (UTC)

There's this thing called the Body Flicker Jutsu ya'know.--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 20:17, July 26, 2018 (UTC)
It ain't an offensive jutsu. Just read the article on it, not that difficult to do seeing the length of it.--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 20:29, July 26, 2018 (UTC)
It isn't.
Ok... And??? There's no proof that a random anime-exclusive jutsu was used there. Had it been used, it would've most likely been in the databook.--BerserkerPhantom (talk) 12:59, July 27, 2018 (UTC)

Ōnoki's ages

Were the Last and Boruto manga ages actually listed somewhere, or did you add them based on calculations? We no longer list calculated ages in infoboxes. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 01:15, August 30, 2018 (UTC)

Re: Udon Genjutsu

Saying he's a good genjutsu user carries an implication he's good at casting genjutsu, which is not something he has done. He merely disrupted Yurito's chakra flow, breaking the genjutsu on him. It's like saying Chiyo is good at genjutsu when all genjutsu feats we have on her is disrupting others' chakra. There's no Yin Release use to qualify as genjutsu use. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 17:14, October 15, 2018 (UTC)

Re: Hagoromo and Hamura Dojutsu

Sorry for the delay, bit of a hectic week. Hamura developing Tenseigan on his own is a bit like Hagoromo having Rinnegan on his own, in my opinion, minus the reincarnation bit. Since it takes mixing the "split" chakra of Hamura's Otsutsuki and Hyuga descendants. I can sort of see the argument, but it's still rather speculative. I'd feel more comfortable if this was something discussed in an article talk page. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 22:01, November 28, 2018 (UTC)

Like I said, I sort of see the argument, but due its speculative nature, I'd like to err to the side of caution with a discussion. The last thing we need is a pointless revert war over not crossing the ts and dotting the is. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 22:19, November 28, 2018 (UTC)

Recent edits

for some reasons while looking up your contributions recently, it appeared that you actually copied some sentences on main characters and others for Jūgo Arc.

i may call it plagiarism but this is more like just simply copy and paste on the character articles. next time you may rewrite whenever you edit a character. Kunoichi101 (talk) 01:56, April 1, 2019 (UTC)

but you only copied and pasted the same summary on some of the characters until Omni re-edited them for you, i'm not accusing you and claim it as plagiarism. Kunoichi101 (talk) 02:11, April 1, 2019 (UTC)
well i'm only just letting you know just write the summary not really copied the next time you edit a character article??? Kunoichi101 (talk) 02:38, April 1, 2019 (UTC)
btw about the word tranquilizer, it's tranquiliser in UK. use the UK wording whenever you see a word with a z or other letter for wording Kunoichi101 (talk) 02:45, April 1, 2019 (UTC)

Ino's occupations

Hey there. I just wanted to know why "Doctor" is not listed in Ino's occupations.. She clearly was a doctor is Sakura Hiden Novel, as she went to Sunagakure as one of the representative doctors and opened a clinic with Sakura in Konoha. So it implies she is a doctor, and remember she was treating the wounded in Medical Department in Boruto, so please add Doctor in her occupation list at least with a ^(Novel Only) sign. Also isnt she the leader of Yamanaka Clan? 21:57, June 2, 2019 (UTC)

Koji's toad

Any particular reason why you're changing that Koji released the summon instead of incinerating the toad? While I think that would be a logical assumption, when the toad vanishes, you can see something that's like a scorch mark where the toad was. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 23:38, July 21, 2019 (UTC)

My bad. Missed the part about the scorch mark.--Steveo920 (talk) 23:49, July 21, 2019 (UTC)

Her marrying Asura aside, do you have any source for her actually taking the Ōtsutsuki name? I ask because in the episode she was never called that, and credits didn't list her with a last name either. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 22:11, September 15, 2019 (UTC)

Honestly, I just assumed since she had no other surname.--Steveo920 (talk) 22:14, September 15, 2019 (UTC)

Rin Nohara

There is no explicit evidence that Rin loved Kakashi. But calling it love is wrong since the feeling is an only implication in the manga. Furthermore, the word loved she used prior to death is love as in for friends, and not a romantic partner. The Random Movieman (talk) 05:06, November 19, 2019 (UTC)

Itachi's reserves were low before his illness

Itachi's primary weakness was his stamina and he had that throughout his life. Hell in Part I he wasn't even sick but was limited to just three MS uses and beginning of Part II we know that each MS technique takes more than 30% of his chakra. You could argue his illness made it worse, but he had low reserves before that.--SuperSaiyaMan (talk) 08:12, November 28, 2019 (UTC)

You saying he did not have an illness in P1 is speculation alone. He was said to have gained his illness after sometime after awakening his Mangekyo, after leaving Konoha but before returning in Part 1 in the novels where it is spoken of. Nothing contradicted it or made it wrong so thats all we can go by therefor showing Itachi had his sickness at that point, he just wasn't as near death as he was in P2. FlatZone (talk) 08:41, November 28, 2019 (UTC)

writing style

I've been looking at some of your recent edits and you've got a bad habit of not referring to characters by their name. Instead of "Hiashi", you used "the Hyūga clan leader". Instead of "Naruto", you used "the sealed Hokage". Instead of "Sasuke", you used "the Uchiha". And so on. I realize you're doing this to add some variety to sentences, but a wiki does not need variety. The wiki's purpose is to clearly provide information to readers, which these sorts of indirect references do not do. At best, a reader stumbles over the reference for a moment as they try to figure out who is being referred to. At worst, the reader becomes lost; here, instead of using "Orochimaru", you used "the Sannin", which is not a term used anywhere else in that article.

So please simplify your writing style. Use either simple pronouns (he/she, him/her) or the character's name. ~SnapperTo 07:56, January 5, 2020 (UTC)
