This technique is a Wind Release version of the Rasengan, that was created by Boruto Uzumaki.

Usage

After creating a small Rasengan, Boruto subconsciously adds Wind Release to it at the same time, before throwing it. As it glides, the nature transformation abruptly kicks in,[2] resulting in the technique disappearing from sight. This adds an element of surprise to the attack as most victims lower their guard, assuming that the technique has dispersed only to find themselves attacked by the invisible technique. Boruto's regular rasengan might have wind release in it, cause it looks lighter then naruto's and other rasengans, don't know for sure, and if true don't know why it doesn't disappear. Doesn't say so.

Trivia

  • In the novellisation of Boruto: Naruto the Movie, the Parent and Child Rasengan of Boruto and Naruto retained the vanishing effect of this technique.
  • In the anime, Naruto was able to throw a standard Rasengan, similar to the main function of this technique.[3]
  • In various media, when Boruto uses this technique, he calls it "Rasengan".
  • This technique was named by Sasuke Uchiha.
