Personality[]
He seems to be very cautious as he was hesitant to give his approval for the Allied Shinobi Forces, fearing that it would give the shinobi too much power.
Appearance[]
He wears a light-yellow kimono along with the traditional daimyō headgear. He has small black eyes.
Part II[]
Five Kage Summit[]
Main article: Five Kage Summit During a meeting of the Five Great Shinobi Countries' daimyō he was cautious that the alliance would give shinobi too much power. This prompted the Earth Daimyō to suggest he didn't trust the ninja of his country. He eventually gave his consent to the formation of the alliance, albeit reluctantly.
Fourth Shinobi World War: Confrontation[]

Birth of the Ten-Tails' Jinchūriki[]
Main article: Birth of the Ten-Tails' Jinchūriki The five daimyō spent the night playing mahjong and cards, and were worn out as a result. When they were awoken by a messenger with regards to the intense light that shone through the dark night, they were all captured in the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
Kaguya Ōtsutsuki Strikes[]
Main article: Kaguya Ōtsutsuki Strikes Ultimately, he and the rest of the world were freed from the genjutsu by Naruto and Sasuke after they ended the war.
New Era[]
In the anime at some point, the Water Damiyō was succeeded by Sanzui Unabara.
