This technique creates a large orb of water from which many fast, sharp, piercing whips of water emerge that can be directed towards and impale a target or multiple targets. The whips can also change direction in mid-trajectory, bending to seek out the targets. This is a high level elemental ninjutsu as it seemingly might require great amplification to use.
