He is the current daimyō of the Land of Wind, replacing the former wind daimyō.
Appearance[]
He is a large man, with squinty eyes. In comparison to his face, his nose is rather small and inconspicuous. He has a thin moustache and a small pointed chin-beard. He also wears a necklace with a white sphere-shaped charm on it.
Part II[]
Five Kage Summit[]
Main article: Five Kage Summit During a meeting of the Five Great Shinobi Countries' daimyō he was the third daimyō out of the five, who consented to allow the Allied Shinobi Forces to officially form, being wary of "Madara Uchiha"'s position as the leader of Akatsuki.
Fourth Shinobi World War: Confrontation[]
Main article: Fourth Shinobi World War: Confrontation The Wind Daimyō is later seen in a safe house with the other daimyō. He starts to complain about the tight space of the building.
Birth of the Ten-Tails' Jinchūriki[]

The Wind Daimyō trapped in the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
The five daimyō spent the night playing mahjong and cards, and were worn out as a result. When they were awoken by a messenger with regards to the intense light that shone through the dark night, they were all captured in the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
Kaguya Ōtsutsuki Strikes[]
Main article: Kaguya Ōtsutsuki Strikes Ultimately, he and the rest of the world were freed from the genjutsu by Naruto and Sasuke after they ended the war.
