The Yotsuki clan (夜月一族, Yotsuki Ichizoku) is a clan from Kumogakure. In Taka's attempt to capture Killer Bee, they confront a member of the clan. When he proved unwilling to sellout his allies, Sasuke used a genjutsu to make him reveal Killer Bee's location and identifying features.

- Yotsuki means "Night Moon".
- It is hinted that Killer Bee and Ē may come from this clan.
